Last updated: April 21, 2026
๐ Simple Terms
TinyPoll is free for teams up to 150 users. Use it responsibly, don't abuse it, and we'll keep providing a great polling service. We're here to make Slack polling easy and affordable for everyone.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By installing, accessing, or using TinyPoll ("the Service"), operated by TinyPoll (ABN 33 214 294 124) ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not use our Service.
These Terms apply to all users of TinyPoll, including workspace administrators, poll creators, and voters.
2. Description of Service
TinyPoll is a Slack application that allows users to create and manage polls within Slack workspaces. The Service includes:
- Poll creation through the
/tinypollslash command - Real-time voting and results display
- Poll management features (editing, closing, etc.)
- Anonymous and non-anonymous voting options
- Integration with Slack's messaging platform
3. Service Plans and Pricing
๐ฐ Plans
TinyPoll offers a Free plan for workspaces with up to 150 members, and a paid Pro plan for larger teams.
Free Plan Includes:
- Up to 150 workspace members
- 20 polls per month
- Unlimited voting
- All core poll management features
- Real-time results and updates
- Anonymous and public voting options
- 7-day data retention
- Community support via email
Pro Plan (USD $0.33/user/month or USD $3.30/user/year):
- Everything in the Free plan
- Unlimited workspace members
- Unlimited polls per month
- 30-day data retention

Billing and Payment:
- All prices are in US Dollars (USD) and exclusive of applicable taxes. Australian customers may be charged GST. Other applicable local taxes may apply depending on your jurisdiction.
- Payments are processed securely by Stripe. TinyPoll does not store credit card details.
- Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or annually) at the then-current rate, unless cancelled before renewal.
- Billing is per-user based on the number of members in your Slack workspace at the time of each billing cycle. Seat counts may be adjusted automatically to reflect changes in workspace size.
- You may choose monthly or annual billing. Annual billing includes a discount.
- Failed payments: If a payment fails, we will retry for 7 days. If payment remains unsuccessful, your subscription will be suspended. After 30 days of suspension, your subscription will be cancelled and your workspace will revert to the Free plan.
Seat Counting:
Workspace member counts are determined by querying the Slack API and exclude deleted users, bots, and guest accounts (single-channel and multi-channel guests). Seat counts are cached and may not reflect changes for up to 24 hours.
Cancellation and Refunds:
- You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Stripe customer portal.
- Upon cancellation, your Pro plan features remain active until the end of the current billing period.
- After the billing period ends, your workspace reverts to the Free plan.
- Refunds are available on a pro-rata basis within 14 days of a charge. Contact support@tinypoll.io for refund requests.
Grace Period for Workspaces Over the Free Limit:
- If your workspace exceeds 150 members on the Free plan, you will receive a 28-day grace period to upgrade or reduce your team size.
- During the grace period, all features remain fully functional.
- After 28 days, poll creation will be paused until the workspace upgrades or reduces below the limit.
- Existing polls remain visible and votable during any restriction period. No data is deleted.
- If the workspace shrinks below 150 members during the grace period, the grace period resets.
โ ๏ธ Pricing Changes
We reserve the right to change our pricing structure, plans, and limits at any time. We will provide at least 30 days notice for any pricing changes that affect existing paid subscribers.
